Prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) payment options are available. If a COD order is refused at the time of delivery, COD payment options may be restricted on future orders at our discretion.
We offer free delivery on all orders.
We ship across India to 18,000+ serviceable PIN codes.
Orders are generally dispatched within 24 hours on working days.
Standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch.
Sundays, public holidays, festive holidays, and other non-business days are not counted as part of the transit period.
A tracking ID is generated for every dispatched order and shared with you via email and WhatsApp, where applicable.

Order Cancellation & Address Changes

Order Cancellation

To request an order cancellation, please email our support team with your order number as soon as possible.
Orders that have already been processed or dispatched cannot be cancelled. For such orders, please refer to the applicable Return Policy above.

Address Changes

Address change requests must be submitted within 8 hours of placing the order.
Once an order has been dispatched, the delivery address cannot be changed.
