- Must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
- Photographs of the damaged or incorrect item must be shared with us
- The request must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery
Items returned without prior approval or without meeting the above criteria will not be accepted.

Refund Process

- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund.
